Major Lazer reminded me of the Sahara tent when I first went to Coachella in 2007. It was fun and rambunctious without being an entirely Bloody Beetroots-fueled rave. I saw a group passing around a bullet with no attempt at discretion. Party on.

New Hatfields

Last night I made this, which was tasty after a healthy dose of parmesan cheese. My concern is that Trader Joe's pasta has a sweet taste, which makes the whole dish taste like creamed spinach with too much nutmeg. Am I going crazy over here?
